2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return or refund, including:

  • Gift Cards: All gift card purchases are final and cannot be refunded or exchanged.
  • Personal Care Items: Due to hygiene reasons, personal care items, such as cosmetics and skincare products, are non-returnable.
  • Custom or Personalized Items: Items that have been customized or personalized according to your specifications cannot be returned unless there is a defect or error on our part.
  • Sale Items: Items purchased on sale or clearance are not eligible for return unless faulty or damaged.

3. Return Process

  • Step 3: Shipping the Return: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
  • Step 4: Inspection and Refund: Upon receiving your return, we will inspect the item(s) to ensure they meet the eligibility criteria. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

4. Refunds

  • Processing Time: After we receive and inspect your return, please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to be processed. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment provider.

6. Faulty or Damaged Items

We will arrange for the item to be returned and a replacement sent at no additional cost to you. If a replacement is not available, you will receive a full refund, including any original shipping costs.

7. Late or Missing Refunds
